Watch Hill Proper

Watch Hill Whiskey Co. exists because of a bar. Watch Hill Proper opened in Prospect, Kentucky in 2022 as a bourbon bar and social club, and we filled it with more than 2,300 unique American whiskeys.

Tasting that much whiskey changes what you think is worth bottling. In 2024 we started releasing our own, and the bar is still where every blend gets judged before anyone else sees it.
