Our everyday whiskey, and the one part of the range we make continuously rather than in one time batches. Four expressions, released one at a time, starting with the Kentucky straight bourbon at 110 proof.
Definitive Series
A new batch every month, blended once and never repeated. Each one carries an age statement and a full breakdown of what went into it. This is what Bottle Club members receive.
Sandbox Series
Where we try things. Unusual finishes, odd barrels, ideas that may not work twice. Released when they are ready rather than on a schedule.
Exceptional Series
The rarest thing we put in a bottle. Old, and in very limited quantities. Offered first to Bottle Club members at the Reserve and Cellar tiers.
