How the club works

Join and choose your quantity

One, two, or three bottles. Everyone receives the same whiskey. You pay when you sign up.

Your first bottle ships with the next release

Releases go out after the 20th of each month rather than the day you join, so everyone receives the same batch together.

Then billed on the 20th, every month

From there you are billed on the 20th and your bottles ship with that release, to eligible states and ZIP codes.

Release access

The bottles people ask us about first.

Chef Series and Exceptional Series are our smallest releases. Reserve and Cellar members get a claim on them, and that claim gets stronger the longer you stay. Because we set bottles aside to honor it, these memberships are capped.

Reserve, 2 bottles a monthAfter 6 months in a row, you join the waitlist for Chef and Exceptional releases. The longer you have been a member, the higher you sit on it.
Cellar, 3 bottles a monthAfter 6 months in a row, you are guaranteed the right to buy one bottle of each Chef and Exceptional release.
Limited spotsWe hold back bottles to cover every guarantee, so Cellar memberships close once those bottles are spoken for.

Reserve tier waitlist access begins after 6 consecutive months of active membership.

Cellar tier access

Cellar tier guaranteed purchase rights begin after 6 consecutive months of active membership. Spots are limited so we can honor every guarantee.

Shipping exclusions

Not currently available in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, or West Virginia. Massachusetts and Texas are available only in certain ZIP codes.

When will my first bottle arrive?

You are charged when you join, and your first bottle ships with the next monthly release rather than right away. Releases go out after the 20th of each month. If you join early in the month, expect to wait a few weeks for that first bottle.

When am I billed after that?

On the 20th of each month, and your bottles ship with that release. You are never billed twice for the same batch.

Do I get the same whiskey every month?

No. Each month is a different Definitive Series batch, blended once and never repeated. Every member receives that month's release.

How much is the Bottle of the Month?

The Bottle of the Month is $85 per bottle, per month.

Do I get to choose the whiskey?

No. Every member receives the same Definitive release each month. Your tier sets how many bottles you receive, not which whiskey.

When do I need to join?

Enrollment remains open while inventory for the current release is available. There is no monthly signup cutoff.

When is the member tasting?

The online member tasting is hosted on the second Thursday after members receive their bottles.
