Chef Series and Exceptional Series are our smallest releases. Reserve and Cellar members get a claim on them, and that claim gets stronger the longer you stay. Because we set bottles aside to honor it, these memberships are capped.

Reserve, 2 bottles a monthAfter 6 months in a row, you join the waitlist for Chef and Exceptional releases. The longer you have been a member, the higher you sit on it.
Cellar, 3 bottles a monthAfter 6 months in a row, you are guaranteed the right to buy one bottle of each Chef and Exceptional release.
Limited spotsWe hold back bottles to cover every guarantee, so Cellar memberships close once those bottles are spoken for.

How much is the Bottle of the Month?

The Bottle of the Month is $85 per bottle, per month.

Do I get to choose the whiskey?

No. Every member receives the same Definitive release each month. Your tier sets how many bottles you receive, not which whiskey.

When do I need to join?

Enrollment remains open while inventory for the current release is available. There is no monthly signup cutoff.

When am I billed and when does it ship?

Billing happens on the 20th. Bottles ship on the 1st of the following month where shipping is eligible.

When is the member tasting?

The online member tasting is hosted on the second Thursday after members receive their bottles.
