Made to be opened

The Proper Series is the whiskey behind our own bar. It is made to be opened rather than shelved, and it is the one part of the range we produce continuously instead of in one time batches.

Four expressions, released one at a time. We are starting with the Kentucky straight bourbon at 110 proof, and the rest follow from there.

The lineup, in order of release

  • Kentucky Straight Bourbon

    110 proof. The first release, coming soon.

  • Bourbon, Cask Strength

    Barrel proof and uncut. Proof varies by batch. Follows the bourbon.

  • Kentucky Straight Rye

    110 proof. Third in the sequence.

  • Rye, Cask Strength

    Barrel proof and uncut. Proof varies by batch. Last of the four.

None of the four is available yet. Bottle Club members hear first when each one is ready.
